Return and Refund Policy

At Crafted Apparel, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we make returns and refunds simple and transparent.

A. Return Period

You can return your item within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In original packaging

B. How to Start a Return

  • Email us at support@craftedapparel.store with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label (free of charge).
  • Follow the instructions provided to ship the item back.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

C. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund.

D. Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect products received
  • Wrong sizes

E. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Depending on your bank or provider, it may take additional time to appear in your account.

F. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.

G. Discount Codes

Discount codes must be applied during checkout. We cannot apply codes after the order is placed.
